My sons decided to embark on an adventure to Japan; their plan was to learn the language and the culture and hopefully secure a job. Tessa was really helpful with pointers on filling out the application forms and even worked around my schedule with work by being available after hours when I had to book our video chats. It took me approximately two-and-a-half weeks of searching before I was able to get a job. I was worried about my limited Japanese knowledge but found there were actually quite a few jobs that were hiring without requiring you to speak Japanese.
