Authorized Representative Service - Spain Youth Mobility: $250 CAD

Only available for registered participants that are from the Consulate of Spain in Toronto Jurisdiction, that covers the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario (except Ottawa and the National Capital Region) and Saskatchewan; and the territories of Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon for $250.

Authorized Representative Service - Japan Working Holiday Visa: $150 CAD

Available only for residents of British Columbia (excluding those who reside in the Metro Vancouver Area) and the Yukon for $150.

By signing up for our "Authorized Representative Service - Spain Youth Mobility", you:

• Understand that you are responsible for the cost of the Canada Post envelopes. You will need to purchase TWO tracked envelopes, one from your address to our representative’s address, and another from the representative’s address back to your address. The mailing costs are NOT included as part of the Stepabroad fee. You agree to share the tracking numbers of BOTH envelopes with Stepabroad.
• Understand that you must use Canada Post XPress Posts for both deliveries. When purchasing the envelopes, do NOT opt in for the “signature required” option, so that our representative can receive your mail to his secure mailbox and minimize potential delay. You may opt in for your own “signature required” option for the envelope returning to your address if you wish.
• Must ensure that both your mailing address (to receive your ORIGINAL passport back and your Visa Enrolment Receipt) and our representative’s address are correctly written on BOTH envelopes. We will provide the exact address of the representative to you, but Stepabroad is not responsible for any delays in delivery, lost mail, or incorrect address information provided to the courier.
• Understand that you are responsible for mailing the correct documents based on the checklist provided by Stepabroad. If there are any document(s) missing and/or incorrect, Stepabroad is not responsible for returning or printing any of your document(s) on your behalf, so you must re-collect the correct document(s) and mail them to our authorized representative again, which may result in a delay in your application process.
• Understand that you are responsible for mailing all your documents to our authorized representative at least 5 business days before your visa appointment. This is to ensure that Stepabroad can check all your documents before your visa appointment day. If your documents do not arrive within this time frame, you must cancel your visa appointment and reschedule for a later date. Stepabroad has no control over the new appointment date(s) provided by the Consulate-General of Spain in Toronto.
• Understand that Stepabroad will allow up to 1 reschedule request for your visa appointment(s) made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. After that re-scheduled appointment, Stepabroad will not accept further reschedule requests and will cancel this add-on service without an option for a refund.
• Understand that by signing up for this service, you MUST mail your original passport for the Spanish Consulate to complete your visa appointment and therefore will NOT have your passport with you until the representative mails back your passport after the appointment. Therefore, you must make readjustments accordingly if you have any upcoming international trips that require your passport.
• Understand that Stepabroad’s representative will mail your passport and visa enrollment receipt back to your address within 5 business days of your visa appointment with the envelope you provided that has your mailing address written in by you. Stepabroad is not responsible for any delays in delivery or lost mail caused by the courier or due to wrong mailing address provided on your end.
• Are responsible for collecting your own visa with your Youth Mobility visa in-person at the Consulate-General of Spain in Toronto within 30 days from the time your visa is approved. You MUST collect your own visa by presenting your passport and provincial photo ID, as our Authorized Representative is NOT allowed to complete this step. Stepabroad is not responsible for failure in collection of your visa within this time frame.

By signing up for our "Authorized Representative Service - Japan Working Holiday Visa", you:

• Understand that you are responsible for the delivery service used and the cost of the delivery service (the delivery service from your address to our office is not included as part of Stepabroad fee, but the delivery service from our office back to your address is included). You MUST ensure that our office’s address is correctly written for mailing purposes. We will provide the exact address to you, but Stepabroad is not responsible for any delays in delivery, lost mail or incorrect address information provided to your mailing service.
• Understand that you are responsible for mailing the correct documents based on the checklist provided by Stepabroad. If there are any document(s) missing and/or incorrect, Stepabroad is not responsible for printing any of your document(s) on your behalf, so you must re-collect the correct document(s) and mail them to our office again, which may result in a delay in your application process.
• Understand that you are responsible for mailing all your documents to our office at least 5 business days before your visa appointment. This is to ensure that Stepabroad can check all your documents before your visa appointment day. If your documents do not arrive within this time frame, Stepabroad will cancel your visa appointment and reschedule for a later date. Stepabroad has no control over the new appointment date(s) provided by the Japanese Consulate in Vancouver.
• Understand that Stepabroad will allow up to 2 cancellations of the visa appointment(s) made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled appointment(s). After 2 cancellations, Stepabroad will cancel this add-on service without an option for a refund.
• Agree to share the tracking number(s) of your delivery service to Stepabroad. Stepabroad will also share you the tracking number of the package sent from our office back to your address after your passport with visa is picked up.
• Understand that by signing up for this service, you MUST mail your original passport for the Japanese Consulate to issue your visa and therefore will NOT have your passport with you during the time that your visa is in processing. Therefore, you must make readjustments accordingly if you have any upcoming international trips that require your passport.

By signing up for our "Japan Ski Resort Program - Deposit", you understand that:

• This Deposit option is only available once you have completed your Japan Ski Admissions Consultation, received your official Consultation Report confirming your acceptance into the program, and signed the Terms and Conditions provided as part of your Consultation Report.
• The deposit is non-refundable, and all Stepabroad program fees are non-refundable upon payment, including deposits.
• The remaining balance of your Japan Ski Resort Program fee must be paid in full by April 15, 2026. This deadline is mandatory and cannot be extended or changed.
• Once your non-refundable deposit is received, Stepabroad will begin revising your resume and cover letter to meet the standards required by our Japan ski resort partners.
• If the remaining balance is not received by April 15, 2026, your participation in the program will be considered cancelled, and Stepabroad will no longer be able to provide job placement services.
• Stepabroad’s job placement services will only commence once the full program fee has been paid.
